Withdrawals are processed in Pakistani Rupees to the verified payment method on your account. pak265 targets same-day processing for JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically completed within two banking hours during business days.
Fraudulent activity, use of automated betting tools, collusion, exploitation of software errors, and any attempt to manipulate game outcomes are strictly prohibited. pak265 reserves the right to void bets and close accounts where prohibited conduct is detected.
All pak265 accounts have access to deposit limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. These tools are available directly from the account dashboard after pak265 login. Use of these tools is encouraged and never penalised.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pak265 ("pak265", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pak265 website, mobile platform, and all associated services available at pak265.org (the "Platform").
By completing the pak265 registration process, by clicking "I Agree" or any equivalent acceptance mechanism, or by depositing funds or placing any bet on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any documents referenced herein such as the pak265 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must not use the pak265 Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Important: These Terms apply to all users of the pak265 Platform regardless of the device used to access it, the product category used (sportsbook, casino, slots, esports, pool rummy, or any other), or the payment method used.
The pak265 Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. pak265 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, and to suspend or close any account where age cannot be satisfactorily verified.
Zero Tolerance for Underage Gambling: Any account found to be registered to, or used by, a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately. All funds in such an account — including deposits, winnings, and bonus balances — will be forfeited. pak265 reports underage gambling attempts to its licensing authority as required under its regulatory obligations.
pak265 is operated and marketed primarily for players based in Pakistan. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the pak265 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. pak265 makes no representation that the Platform is available or suitable for use in any specific jurisdiction beyond its intended market.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who are legally incapacitated, under guardianship, or otherwise prevented by law from entering into contracts are not permitted to use the pak265 Platform. You must not use the Platform while registered under a self-exclusion programme, whether administered by pak265 or by any other gaming operator.
To access real-money features on pak265, you must complete the full registration process, which includes providing your legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a unique email address, and date of birth. All information provided must be accurate, current, and complete at the time of registration and kept up to date thereafter.
Each individual person is permitted to hold exactly one active pak265 account. Opening, attempting to open, or using more than one account — whether under your own identity or any other — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pak265 will close all associated accounts and forfeit all balances, including deposits and pending withdrawals. Accounts opened with the intent to circumvent this policy may be reported to the relevant authorities.
pak265 is required under its licensing obligations to verify the identity of all players before enabling real-money deposits, withdrawals, and betting. Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification requires submission of a legible copy of your Pakistani CNIC (both sides), and may additionally require proof of address and/or source of funds for high-volume accounts. pak265 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pak265 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account access with any third party. pak265 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify pak265 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
pak265 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP on your account. This setting is available in your account security settings after pak265 login and provides a meaningful additional layer of protection against unauthorised access.
pak265 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Omni, Meezan Bank, and GrabPay. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pak265 does not charge deposit fees on any of the above methods. Standard minimum deposit amounts apply as stated on the pak265 deposits page.
Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your pak265 account within 60 seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one banking hour to reflect. pak265 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems, network outages, or banking cut-off times. If a deposit does not appear within the expected timeframe, contact pak265 support with the transaction reference number.
Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being completed on the requesting account. pak265 targets withdrawal processing within the following timeframes: JazzCash and EasyPaisa — within 30 minutes; Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank — within two banking hours on business days. These are target timeframes and not guaranteed service levels. pak265 may require additional verification for high-value or unusual withdrawal requests before processing.
For anti-money-laundering compliance, withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on the account, unless an exception is approved by the pak265 compliance team. pak265 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts in names other than the registered account holder, or payment methods not previously verified on the account.
pak265 holds all player funds in bank accounts that are legally segregated from the company's operational funds. This means that your PKR balance is protected and is not used for pak265 business operations. In the event of any business insolvency, player funds remain the property of the players and are recoverable independently of the company's operational accounts.
Your money is protected. Player funds at pak265 are held in segregated accounts as required by our international gaming licence. This is a contractual obligation enforceable by the licensing authority.
A bet is deemed accepted and binding on pak265 only when it has been confirmed by the pak265 system and a bet reference number has been issued to the player. Bets placed during a system outage, connectivity interruption, or during a period when markets are suspended for any reason will be voided. pak265 reserves the right to refuse any bet without providing a reason.
All odds displayed on the pak265 Platform are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. In-play odds on cricket, PSL, and other live markets fluctuate in real time based on match conditions. pak265 makes no guarantee that any particular market or odds will be available at any specific time. Market availability depends on event scheduling, data feed availability, and regulatory factors.
Bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body of the sport or event in question. For cricket and PSL markets, the official result as declared by the Pakistan Cricket Board ("PCB") or the International Cricket Council ("ICC") is used. In the event of a result dispute or subsequent change to the official result, pak265 reserves the right to re-settle affected bets in accordance with the updated official result.
A bet may be voided by pak265 in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being declared; the bet was placed on a market that was offered in error; the odds were manifestly incorrect due to a pricing error; the event does not proceed within the scheduled rescheduling period; or prohibited conduct is detected in connection with the bet. Voided bets are refunded to the player's pak265 wallet in full.
pak265 applies maximum winnings limits per event and per betting day. These limits are detailed in the pak265 sportsbook rules section accessible after pak265 login. Winnings in excess of the applicable maximum may be reduced to the limit at pak265's discretion, with the excess portion being void.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by pak265 are subject to specific wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits, and game restrictions that are communicated at the time of the offer. Where any conflict exists between general bonus terms and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific terms of that promotion take precedence.
Bonus funds credited to a pak265 account must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the promotional terms for each individual offer. Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified for each promotion. Unfulfilled wagering requirements will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited at expiry.
Bonuses are available only to players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the relevant promotion. pak265 reserves the right to refuse or withdraw any bonus from any player at any time where there is reasonable evidence that the bonus is being claimed or used in breach of these Terms, including but not limited to use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, use of automated tools, or any form of bonus abuse.
Welcome bonuses and first-deposit bonuses are available once per household, per IP address, and per device. Where multiple accounts are found to have claimed the same one-time bonus from the same household or IP address, pak265 reserves the right to void the bonus on all but the first-verified account and to recover any winnings generated using the invalidated bonus.
Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit bonuses through the use of multiple accounts, automated tools, or any strategy designed to circumvent wagering requirements is considered bonus abuse and constitutes a breach of these Terms. pak265 takes a firm stance against bonus abuse and will close accounts and forfeit balances where it is detected.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pak265 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where legally required:

If gambling is causing financial, emotional, or social harm to you or those around you, pak265 urges you to make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the Platform.
pak265 monitors player behaviour for indicators of problem gambling, including rapidly escalating deposit frequency, repeated loss-chasing patterns, and requests to reverse self-imposed limits immediately after setting them. When these patterns are identified, the pak265 responsible gaming team will make contact to offer support. In serious cases, pak265 reserves the right to impose protective limits or temporary account suspension without the player's prior request.

All content on the pak265 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, game interfaces, database compilations, odds data, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of pak265 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pak265 Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any pak265 content without the prior written consent of pak265. Any unauthorised use of pak265 intellectual property will result in immediate account closure and may give rise to legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pak265 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the pak265 Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to a technical fault; loss of data; service interruption; or any action taken by pak265 in accordance with these Terms.
pak265 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. pak265's total liability to any player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total value of real-money funds held in the player's pak265 account at the time of the incident.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit pak265's liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Gambling inherently involves financial risk. By using the pak265 Platform you acknowledge and accept that you may lose the funds you deposit and wager. pak265 is not responsible for gambling losses incurred in the normal course of play on a properly functioning Platform.
You may close your pak265 account at any time by contacting pak265 support. Prior to closure, any pending bets will be settled and any withdrawable real-money balance will be processed to your verified payment method, subject to standard KYC and AML checks. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure are forfeited.
pak265 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, and to void and forfeit any balances therein, in the event of: a breach of any provision of these Terms; reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or match fixing; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; or any regulatory requirement that necessitates account closure. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the player, any real-money withdrawable balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method.
Upon termination of your pak265 account for any reason, your licence to use the Platform is revoked immediately. Obligations under Sections 7 (Prohibited Conduct), 9 (Intellectual Property), and 10 (Limitation of Liability) survive termination and remain in full force.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which pak265 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through pak265's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to arbitration under the rules of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.
pak265's internal dispute resolution process requires that you first submit a written complaint to pak265 support at [email protected]. pak265 commits to providing a written response within 72 hours for standard disputes and within 14 calendar days for complex financial disputes. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal process, you may escalate the dispute to the relevant licensing authority's player dispute resolution service.
pak265 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — for example, changes that affect withdrawal rights, bonus terms, or player obligations — pak265 will provide registered players with at least seven calendar days' notice via email to the registered address on the account before the changes take effect.
Non-material amendments, such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates required by regulatory changes, may take effect immediately upon publication. The "Effective Date" shown at the top of this page will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the pak265 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
